Threaded Eccentric Swage Nipple

What Is A Swage Nipple?
ASME B16.11 Swage Nipple is used to connect two varying sized pipe fittings. Unlike regular nipples, these have two different diameters at the two ends. Stainless Steel Swage Nipple dimensions vary according to the application requirement, fitting sizes and the material make. The threaded swage nipple manufacturers produce different types of nipples such as the threaded eccentric swage nipple which has a parallel plane on one side along the length and an expanding plane on the other side of the length.
Differences Between Swage Nipple And Steel Reducer?
The swage nipple are used to connect two fittings with different nominal diameters. Eccentric Swage Nipple is an eccentric nipple that is forged for extra strength during production.
Steel Reducer based on the needs of the application, the connecting pipe, the material, standards and pressure classes. The Reducer belongs to a standard of pipe fittings that range from NPS ½ to NPS 48.
How Many Type Of ASME B16.11 Swage Nipple?
Two Type Of Swage Nipple
- Eccentric Swage Nipple
- Concentric Swage Nipple
What Use Of Swage Nipple Threaded One End?
The swage nipple threaded one end is used similar to a blind flange but is a nipple and has threads on one end to connect to a fitting or pipe at the end of a pipeline and the other end of the nipple is closed.
Stainless Steel Swage Nipple Use In Pipeline Connection?
The forging in ASME B16.11 Threaded Swage Nipple is necessary to keep up with the strength of the pipeline the nipple will be connected to. Rajtilak Metal is a Swage Nipples Manufacturer and sells different kinds such as the SS Threaded Swage Nipple and the Threaded Concentric Swage Nipple. The use of Stainless Steel Swage Nipple is wide along a range of applications. Threaded Fittings Swage Nipple has to bear with high pressures because at the reducing ends, the pressure is usually high. Threaded Forged Swage Nipple is cone shaped if it is a Screwed Concentric Swage Nipple. The coned Forged Screwed Swage Nipple has the axis of fluid flow unchanged although the pressure and velocity alternate.
